  • Please note that one unique email address should be used for each registration.
  • You cannot register several delegates using the same email address, or this will result in changing the existing registration.
  • If you are registering from a Cambridge school, you must have sought approval from your centre before booking your place.
  • A valid and current registered centre number must be provided to request payment by invoice. 
  • The centre number will be verified, and if it is found to be unregistered or invalid, you will be contacted and required to make payment by credit card. 
  • Cambridge reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-compliance.
  • Once you have submitted your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the Events Team and kindly refrain from submitting a second registration.
  • For any cancellations, booking changes or refund requests, please contact the Events Team.

Once you have submitted your registration for the Cambridge Schools Conference, Bali, December 2025, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact events@cambridgeinternational.org and refrain from submitting a second registration.

Accommodation

We recommend that delegates book accommodation at one of the hotels listed below, due to their proximity to the Bali International Convention Centre:

  • Westin Resort, Nusa Dua - Located on-site at the Convention Centre. Approximately a 20-minute taxi ride from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
  • Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa - Approximately a 9-minute walk to the Convention Centre and a 21-minute taxi ride from the airport.
  • Bali Nusa Dua Hotel - Approximately an 11-minute walk or a short 4-minute taxi ride to the Convention Centre, and around 20 minutes by taxi from the airport.
  • Grand Whiz Hotel Nusa Dua - Approximately a 15-minute walk or a short 4-minute taxi ride to the Convention Centre, and around 19 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Accommodation must be booked directly with your chosen hotel. Cambridge is not responsible for booking or managing delegate accommodation.

Cancellation terms

You may cancel your place up to 14 days before the conference start date (Monday 24 November 2025) and a full refund will be given. All cancellations received within 14 days of the conference start date will be non-refundable.
