  • Please note that one unique email address should be used for each registration.
  • You cannot register several delegates using the same email address, or this will result in changing the existing registration.
  • If you are registering from a Cambridge school, you must have sought approval from your centre before booking your place.
  • You will have the option of selecting payment by invoice, and you will be asked to tick a box confirming your centre's approval.  
  • Once you have submitted your registration for the Cambridge Schools Conference in Miami, June 2025, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Accommodation

We recommend that delegates book accommodation at Eden Roc Beach Resort, where the conference is taking place.  

We have arranged a special rate of $209 (plus tax) for our conference delegates from Monday 17 to Thursday 19 June, please book directly through the resort as Cambridge cannot take responsibility for booking delegate accommodation. You must book your accommodation by Monday 26 May.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. A one-night stay plus tax will be taken as a non-refundable deposit. If you wish to cancel your accommodation booking, this must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid being charged for the entire stay.

Please note that you can choose to book your accommodation either at the Eden Roc Beach Resort or the Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, which is a Japanese-inspired boutique hotel within the grounds of Eden Roc.
