  • If you are registering from a Cambridge school, you must have sought approval from your centre before booking your place.
  • A valid and current registered centre number must be provided to request payment by invoice. 
  • The centre number will be verified, and if it is found to be unregistered or invalid, you will be contacted and required to make payment by credit card. 
  • Cambridge reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-compliance.
  • Once you have submitted your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the Events Team and kindly refrain from submitting a second registration.

Below you will find our preferred hotels, where special rates are available, along with additional recommendations in the city centre. All bookings are made directly with each hotel.

Accommodation must be booked directly with your chosen hotel. Cambridge is not responsible for booking or managing delegate accommodation.

Visa requirements

If you require a visa letter, please complete and send your form by 24 June 2026 to allow time for processing. Cambridge is not responsible for any loss you may suffer if your visa is not granted. Cancellation terms

You may cancel your place up to 14 days before the conference start date (Wednesday 1 July 2026) and a full refund will be given if you have paid by credit card if you have selected to be invoiced this will be cancelled and you will not be charged. All cancellations received within 14 days of the conference start date will be non-refundable.
